In this game you play as someone who died and the Devil has given you the opportunity to find out how you and your roommates died to give you a chance at moving on to heaven. Play through the last few seconds of your roommates memories to find out.

I would recommend looking closely around the environment because there are hidden key parts for finishing the game lying around.

Install instructions

Steps:

  1. As soon as you have clicked the link on Itch.io, it will bring you to the site stating there is a file called "WhatHappenedToUs.zip"
  2. Click the Download button at the bottom right corner and the file will start downloading as shown.
  3. Once this has completed, look for the file in your Downloads folder.
  4. Open the file and choose to open with File Explorer.
  5. Click "Extract All"
  6. Once the file has finished extracting, a new folder will open containing the game.
  7. Open the exe file in the folder
  8. Windows Defender may open and flag the game so press "More Info"
  9. Press "Run"
  10. Depending on how well your computer runs, you may need to lower graphics settings in the menu.
  11. Enjoy The Game.
